Return Policy - Online Shopping

You must be satisfied with your purchase or Village Silver will replace it with another item of your choice or the full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping charge.

All items must be returned unworn within 30 days of acceptance at customer's expense and must be accompanied by the original receipt. Please email us at customerservice@villagesilver.com for a Return Authorization Code number. This must appear on the return package in the return area on the outside of the package. Please email us prior to returning any item(s) with the order number and the return authorization number.

Place item/s and original packaging in a plain wrapped box and fully insure for the purchase price plus shipping. Village Silver is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping. Your payment will be refunded as soon as our product is returned using a traceable courier (USPS, Fed-Ex, DHL, UPS).

If you receive merchandise that is incorrect or damaged, please email us at customerservice@villagesilver.com.

If the item is the wrong size, exchanges are welcomed (higher prices may apply) and an additional shipping fee will be charged.

Please understand that Village Silver cannot provide a refund for goods damaged by wrongful use, improper handling and return merchandise that doesn't have a return authorization number.

Special order pieces are not returnable.
